By using our AI Employee services, you agree to the following Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully, as they outline your rights and responsibilities and include important disclaimers and limitations of liability.

1. Services Provided

Marketing Out The Box LLC ("we," "us," or "our") provides AI-powered solutions ("AI Employee") that handle customer and prospect interactions through phone calls, live chat, and other automated tools. Features include but are not limited to:

Call handling and transfers
Follow-up emails
Chat responses
Interaction transcripts and summaries

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any features at our sole discretion.

2. Free Trial and Subscription

If a free trial is offered, no charges will be incurred during the trial period.
Subscriptions will automatically begin after the trial ends unless canceled.
To avoid charges, clients must cancel via email, support ticket, or client portal before the trial period ends.
No prorated refunds are provided for unused time. If canceled mid-cycle, access will continue until the end of the current billing period.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are strongly encouraged to:

Review transcripts and recordings regularly to ensure the AI Employee aligns with their intended standards.
Provide accurate business information for setup and configuration.

Clients are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws when using the service.

4. Limitation of Liability

Marketing Out The Box LLC is not liable for:

Errors or omissions made by the AI Employee.
Negative impacts on your business resulting from AI interactions.
Losses arising from your failure to review and monitor AI outputs.

Our services are provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

5. Indemnification

Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Marketing Out The Box LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of their use of our services, including legal actions initiated by customers or prospects.

6. Dispute Resolution

All disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in the state of Nevada. Prior to arbitration, both parties agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve disputes informally.
